1 1/2 C. brown sugar
2/3 C. salad oil
1 egg
1 C. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 /2 C. nuts, optional
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 C. flour
1 1/2 C. rhubarb, diced
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix in order. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Sprinkle with mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon butter for each loaf. Bake at 325º for 40 minutes.
