Heidi’s Chicken Casserole

1 pkg. flour tortillas
3 to 4 cans chicken, or use your own chicken, cooked and cubed
1 – 8 oz. container sour cream
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Combine all ingredients and bake 20 minutes at 350º.

VARIATION: Can use crab and cream of shrimp soup.
