German Chocolate Cake Icing

Really good!

1 C. evaporated milk
1 C. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 C. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 C. coconut
1 C. pecans, chopped

Cook first 5 ingredients and stir over medium heat until thick, 12 minutes. Stir in coconut and nuts. Cook until thick enough to spread, beating occasionally.
