I found this in the newspaper this summer and tried it.  They did not last long!!

2 C. granulated sugar
2 C. all-purpose flour
1/4 C. cocoa powder
1/2 C. vegetable oil
1/2 C. butter
1/2 C. reduced-fat buttermilk

This is Aunt Marcia’s recipe. I don’t really like muffins but these were very good!

1 1/4 C. brown sugar
1 C. buttermilk
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. oil
1 1/2 C. diced rhubarb
1 1/2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
