Chocolate Popcorn

2 C. sugar
1 C. milk
2 or 3 heaping T. cocoa, to your taste
1 tsp. vanilla
1 T. butter
Popped corn

Boil without stirring until soft ball stage. Stir in vanilla and butter. Sit pan in cool water until begins to thicken. Quickly pour over popped corn and stir to coat popcorn. Eat and enjoy!
