Nice one-dish meal.

2 lbs. ground meat
1 medium onion
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 qt. tomato juice
2 C. rice
4 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Cayenne pepper

Brown meat. Cook with onion and pepper until tender. Add all ingredients. Boil. Simmer until liquid is absorbed or rice is tender
